Returns
If a product is returned within 30 days of purchase in its
original condition, Independent Living Supplies Ltd will issue you a refund
based on your payment method. Please note that the activation fee and
shipping charges as well as the first month’s subscription service are
non-refundable.
Products must be packed in their original packaging and
include all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Please contact Customer
Support prior to returning any product to receive a Return Authorisation
Number. You will be responsible for, and pre-pay all return postage charges and
shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to
Independent Living Supplies Ltd. We recommend that you use a traceable method
of postage for your protection.

The Inspyre App:
Can alert upon types of repetitive shaking motion
Cannot predict or warn about impending seizures, and is not
a cure of therapy for seizures
Makes no claims about being able to detect and alert upon
any kind of seizure
May also alert upon repetitive movements such as clapping,
shaking a bottle, brushing teeth, and other activities that fall within the
spectrum of motions the watch is set to detect.
Subscription Payment:
For the Inspyre App to work you need a current subscription.
The subscription provides the following benefits:

storage and access of all event historical data
- Downloadable
reports which you can share with your physician
- Customer

and Software upgrades
Disclaimer
It is the purchasers responsible to ensure that the Inspyre
App is connected to a mobile network and Independent Living Supplies Ltd cannot
be held responsible for loss of network coverage, the following conditions
could affect the coverage:-
GPS locations maps may only approximate coverage outdoors,
which varies by location, may include limited or no coverage areas, and do not
guarantee service availability. Several factors and conditions may interfere
with service quality and availability within a coverage area including network
changes, traffic volume, outages, technical limitations, signal strength,
“your” equipment, obstructions, weather, and other conditions.
If the purchaser has been issued with a ‘Pay As You Go’ SIM
it is their responsibility to ensure that there are adequate funds for the
product to operate through the mobile network.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless
Independent Living Supplies Ltd, its officers, employees, agents, licensors,
and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs,
including, without limitation, reasonable solicitors’ fees, arising from or
relating in any way to your use of this product and/or the web site.
Not for Medical Use
Purchasers agree that the Equipment is provided for informational
and tracking purposes only and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis,
treatment or other medical advice which should be sought from your GP and
professional healthcare providers. If you have a medical emergency, do not rely
on your Equipment – dial 999 or contact you, healthcare providers, immediately.
Privacy
The terms of use regarding the handling of personally
identifiable information and other information provided by you in connection
with our websites is described in our Privacy Policy. This document is
available on our website. Please review before signing the document.
Cloud Service
A major component of the Inspyre App is our cloud service.
This allows you to access data regarding your account, payment history, event
history, including location (gold subscription only). This information may be
accessed online by creating an account with a unique User ID and password.

General
You agree that any notice, agreement, disclosure, or other
communication that Independent Living Supplies Ltd sends you electronically
will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such
communication be in writing.
