If the SmartWatch is returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition, Epilepsy Solutions will issue you a refund based on your payment method. Please note that the activation fee and shipping charges as well as the first month’s service are non-refundable.
Products must be packed in their original packaging and include all accessories, manuals and documentation. Please contact Customer Support prior to returning any product to receive a Return Authorisation Number. You will be responsible for, and pre-pay all return postage charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to Epilepsy Solutions. We recommend that you use a traceable method of postage for your protection.

Can alert upon types of repetitive shaking motion
Cannot predict or warn about impending seizures, and is not a cure of therapy for seizures
Makes no claims about being able to detect and alert upon any kind of seizure
May also alert upon repetitive movements such as clapping, shaking a bottle, brushing teeth, and other activities that fall within the spectrum of motions the watch is set to detect.
For the SmartWatch to work you need a current subscription. The subscription provides the following benefits:
- Continuous monitoring
- Cloud-based storage and access of all event historical data
- Downloadable reports which you can share with your physician
- Customer service and support
- Firmware and Software upgrades
It is the purchasers responsible to ensure that the SmartWatch is connected to a mobile network and Epilepsy Solutions cannot be held responsible for loss of network coverage, the following conditions could affect the coverage:-
GPS locations maps may only approximate coverage outdoors, which varies by location, may include limited or no coverage areas, and do not guarantee service availability. Several factors and conditions may interfere with service quality and availability within a coverage area including network changes, traffic volume, outages, technical limitations, signal strength, “your” equipment, obstructions, weather and other conditions.
If the purchasers has been issued with a ‘Pay As You Go’ SIM it is their responsibility to ensure that there are adequate funds for the SmartWatch to operate through the mobile network.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Epilepsy Solutions, its officers, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable solicitors’ fees, arising from or relating in any way to your use of this product and / or the web site.
Not for Medical Use
Purchasers agree that the SmartWatch and Equipment is provided for informational and tracking purposes only and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment or other medical advice which should be sought from your GP and professional healthcare providers. If you having a medical emergency, do not rely on your SmartWatch and Equipment – dial 999 or contact you healthcare providers immediately.
You agree that any notice, agreement, disclosure or other communication that Epilepsy Solutions sends you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communication be in writing.
